Wouldn't it make more sense to not have a bridge (which we've been doing fine without forever) than have to lay people off???? Seems like common sense to me. Not to mention all the crap that's going to come with having a bridge...don't people realize that there will be a toll to cross the bridge (another great turn off for tourists - which we hardly get any of anymore already!!!) and there goes northern living allowance as we'll be able to get out all year!!!
